The ability to collaborate is a learned intelligence. It results when people are in situations that allow them to hear what others have to say. There is no hierarchy in listening. When we are able to listen we can reflect and check in with our opinionis and beliefs. As our minds expand so does our ability to feel comfortable around others while not elevating our own opinions to be the highest and best. They never are. We are better together.
This is the fundamental principle upon which MCA is grounded, that we are better together. That collaboration not only makes us better people, it can have a transformative impact on the way the world runs.
MCA continually strives to see more collaborative conversations and decision-making in organizations. This is the only way we believe we can heal the rifts the permeate modern society, by encouraging a collective re-thinking of solutions to old problems.
